Your first step into Pilates, done the ROC way.

In your 30-minute assessment, we’ll:

Chat through your goals, your current fitness routine (and if you don’t have one, no judgement here 😌), and touch on any injuries/pre-existing health conditions you may have.

Then we’ll take you through a quick movement check and give you a hands-on intro to the reformer — lingo, springs, straps, and all. Because no one wants to walk into their first class wondering what the heck is going on!

Our intention is simple: we’ll meet you exactly where your body is right now and recommend the best path forward.

By the end, you’ll have a clear, personal starting point — and walk into your Pilates journey feeling confident, comfortable, and ready to ROC!
