OUR CLASSES

  • Our beginner classes are designed for first timers. If you have never done reformer Pilates before or are unsure which class to start with, our beginners class is for you.

  • An athletic class designed to build strength and improve muscle tone. Our intermediate classes use layers and progressions to ensure you get the most out of each session. A full body workout including push/pull/core exercises, whilst integrating the 6 principles of Pilates.

  • An introduction to our intermediate level classes. If you are unsure of the pace and intensity of an intermediate level class, or unsure whether you are ready to move from beginners up to intermediate you can try this class first to get an idea of what to expect.

  • A cardio based workout using the reformer and jumpboard in place of the footbar. The jumpboard is not a trampoline! but it is a low impact, high intensity workout which will really get your heartrate and endorphins flowing.

  • This class is designed for you build both strength and power. We will focus on exercises that help you build muscle, increase your endurance, and improve your overall health. Using both the reformer, kettlebells and dumbbells to add variety and load, if you love training in the gym but also love the reformer this class is for you!

  • In your 1:1 we will work towards your specific goals and needs. Our tailored, individual programming means that you will get the most out your private class whatever your goal may be.

  • In your duet we will work towards both of your specific goals and needs. The same tailored approach as a private reformer PT so you will get the most out of your 1:2 sessions, including the motivation of having a partner with you.

  • A twist on Pilates with our mobility class. Elevate your practice with exercises designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall mobility. whether you're seeking to improve gym performance, or just want to be more mobile in everyday life this class is for you.

  • Challenge your strength and control with this focused class for experienced practitioners.  Expect precise movements and more complex sequences to deepen your practice and refine both your technique and form.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Single class cost £29. If you have any queries regarding your package or monthly pass please contact us so we can help.

  • Absolutely not. Pilates is for everybody. You don’t need to already be fit, you don’t need to be flexible, you don’t need to look a certain way. If you have a body you can do Pilates.

  • If you are new to Pilates we recommend starting with a beginners class. You need zero experience to attend one of our beginners classes. Some clients book a 1:1/Private session for their first experience before jumping into a group session. Whichever route you decide you will be taken care of. We recommend around 4 beginners classes before moving up to intermediate level; your trainer can advise you on when to move up class if you are unsure.

  • Our group classes are not suitable for pregnancy after the first trimester. We offer 1:1 prenatal classes upon request, contact us for more information and to book in.

  • You can attend our group classes once you have been signed off by your doctor as ready to exercise after your babies birth. Please let the trainer know you are postnatal before the class when they screen for injuries and special considerations.

  • Grip socks, a water bottle is all you need! We have a changing area, washroom, and space available for your belongings. You can also bring a small towel if you wish. We sell socks in the studio so don’t worry if you forget them!
