Our Classes

  • Slow, supportive, and feel-good movement for bodies that need a little extra care.

    Roc Ease is designed for those who haven’t moved in a while, are managing an injury, or simply want to move at a gentler, more mindful pace. This class prioritises control, breath, and smart, intentional movement — without rushing or pushing.

    Expect a slower tempo, clear guidance, and plenty of options. It’s more gentle than our standard beginner classes, making it the perfect place to rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in your body.

    Move well. Move safely. Ease back in.

  • ROC Base are our beginner classes and they are designed for first timers.

    You’ll build your foundation here. This class mixes classical + contemporary Pilates with endless layers to keep you on your toes (literally).

  • This intermediate class will make your core scream and your balance wobble.

    Side effects?

    Jelly legs, sweaty glow, and bragging rights. Fast-paced and a little savage — you’ll thank us later.

  • 1:1 sessions are fully tailored to your goals, your body, and your experience level.

    Whether you’re brand new, managing an injury, or looking to level up your Pilates practice, private sessions allow for personalised programming and focused coaching so you get the most out of every session.

FAQ’S

  • Nope!

    You don’t need to be strong, flexible, toned, or “in shape.”

    You just need a body.

    Pilates meets you where you’re at — whether that’s day one, day one again, or somewhere in between. We’ll guide you, cue you, and help you build strength from the inside out.

    No prerequisites. No expectations. No pressure.

  • If you are new to Pilates we recommend booking free 30 minute assessment here. In your assessment we will do a quick physical assessment and take you through the reformer ahead of your first class.

    If you want to skip the assessment and you don’t have any injuries we recommend starting with ROC Base which is our beginner format.

    If you have injuries (speak to our team first) or just getting back into fitness after a long pause, please book into a ROC Ease session.

    Some clients choose to book a Private session 1:1 for their first experience before jumping into a group session. You can book a private session here.

    You need zero experience to attend one of our beginners classes.

  • Congratulations on your bundle of joy!

    You’re welcome to attend group classes during your first trimester only.

    After that, as your body’s needs change, our group classes aren’t suitable — purely to keep you and your baby safe.

    The good news? We offer 1:1 prenatal Pilates, designed specifically for pregnancy and fully tailored to you, your body, and each stage you’re in.

    Just let our team know you’re pre-tnatal before your first class by shooting us a text at 07401 214954 — we’ve got you!

  • Congrats on creating a whole human (or two!)

    Once you’ve been signed off by your doctor post-birth, you’re more than welcome to join our group classes.

  • Grip socks — so you don’t go sliding off the reformer while pulsing it out.

    Water — because hydration matters when things start to shake.

    Forgot your socks and water? We’ve got you.

    Grip socks are £12.50 and water is £2 in-studio.
