  • Yes, men are more than welcome to attend classes and often they attend due to nursing an injury or they want a low-impact, yet effective, workout.

  • We have clients in their late 60’s and early 70s that attend. If we feel we can’t support you, we’ll let you know in your assessment as your safety is our highest priority.

  • Yes, we have 4 classes formats. In your assessment, we’ll determine which format is the best place to start.

  • Yes, we have classes 7 days a week, morning, nights and weekends.

  • If you’re nursing an injury you’ll want to 100% come in for an assessment so we can guide you on whether we can support you during your recovery.

  • You’ll want to wear workout gear and normal socks for your assessment.

    For your first real class, you’ll want to wear grippy socks (not normal socks, we sell them for £12.50) and bring a bottle of water.
