Our Classes

Visit our studio and explore a wide variety of classes, from beginner-friendly sessions to advanced workouts, all designed to build strength while making the journey enjoyable.

  • Slow, supportive, and feel-good movement for bodies that need a little extra care.

    Roc Ease is designed for those who haven’t moved in a while, are managing an injury, or simply want to move at a gentler, more mindful pace. This class prioritises control, breath, and smart, intentional movement — without rushing or pushing.

    Expect a slower tempo, clear guidance, and plenty of options. It’s more gentle than our standard beginner classes, making it the perfect place to rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in your body.

    Move well. Move safely. Ease back in.

  • ROC Base are our beginner classes and they are designed for first timers.

    If you have never done reformer Pilates before or are unsure which class to start with, our beginners class is for you.

  • Roc Burn is an athletic class designed to build strength and improve muscle tone.

    Our intermediate classes use layers and progressions to ensure you get the most out of each session. A full body workout including push/pull/core exercises, whilst integrating the 6 principles of Pilates.

  • In your 1:1 we will work towards your specific goals and needs. Our tailored, individual programming means that you will get the most out your private class whatever your goal may be.

  • In your duet we will work towards both of your specific goals and needs. The same tailored approach as a private reformer PT so you will get the most out of your 1:2 sessions, including the motivation of having a partner with you.

  • Nope!

    You don’t need to be strong, flexible, toned, or “in shape.”

    You just need a body.

    Pilates meets you where you’re at — whether that’s day one, day one again, or somewhere in between. We’ll guide you, cue you, and help you build strength from the inside out.

    No prerequisites. No expectations. No pressure.

  • If you are new to Pilates we recommend booking free 30 minute assessment here. In your assessment we will do a quick physical assessment and take you through the reformer ahead of your first class.

    If you want to skip the assessment and have no injuries we recommend starting with ROC Base which is our beginner format.

    If you have injuries (speak to our team first) or just getting back into fitness after a long pause, please book into a ROC Ease session.

    Some clients choose to book a Private session 1:1 for their first experience before jumping into a group session. You can book a private session here.

    You need zero experience to attend one of our beginners classes.

  • Congratulations on your bundle of joy!

    You’re welcome to attend group classes during your first trimester only.

    After that, as your body’s needs change, our group classes aren’t suitable — purely to keep you and your baby safe.

    The good news? We offer 1:1 prenatal Pilates, designed specifically for pregnancy and fully tailored to you, your body, and each stage you’re in.

  • Congrats on creating a whole human (or two!)

    Once you’ve been signed off by your doctor post-birth, you’re more than welcome to join our group classes.

  • Grip socks — so you don’t go sliding off the reformer while pulsing it out.

    Water — because hydration matters when things start to shake.

    Forgot your socks and water? We’ve got you.

    Grip socks are £12.50 and water is £2 in-studio.
